If I could award 10 stars, I would! This gym and its exceptional team are precisely what you need, regardless of your skill level or fitness objectives. The coaches here are not only knowledgeable and patient but also incredibly encouraging and engaging. Whether your focus is on strength training, technical sparring, weight loss, or competitive pursuits, they provide comprehensive support. Moreover, the community of members is among the most kind-hearted, welcoming, and FUN individuals I've had the privilege of training alongside. In short, joining this gym is a decision you will not regret!
This place is a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found it. I did a 12 week transformation here and cannot say enough good things about the staff and community. Shannon was so encouraging and really held me accountable. Everyone here is so welcoming and encouraging. Not only are the workouts fun but I would burn up to 700 calories per class. I was also given strength training workouts and tracked all of my food in the app. The nutrition plan was life changing. It really reset how I approach and think about food. I went from gaining 1-2 lbs a month to losing 10 lbs on this program. If you are on the fence, just do it. This program is so empowering.
I can honestly say joining this amazing gym 3 year ago was one of the best decisions I ever made. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel pumped up when I leave. Shannon has given me a sense of accomplishment by pushing me to do my best. She is an incredible trainer; her encouragement and constant motivation pushes me to heights I never thought possible. Workouts kick your butt. I love that I can see how I am increasing my endurance and strength. I find every class challenging, and the variety of workouts keeps me invested in maintaining a consistent motivation to show up and work hard.
Grinders is not just a gym; it is a community that cares about your health and happiness. It truly is a family! Like for example, the day it was snowing hard, and in my haste to clean the windshield I broke the driver’s windshield wiper, two wonderful Grinders, Max and Haley, jump to the rescue, and even though they were unable to fix it, they offered to follow me to the near AutoZone to replace the wiper. Or Bill’s offer, to take me to the shop, where my car was getting new tires. These are the types of things that make us feel we are valued here. My favorite part of the environment and culture is that the community is so welcoming and supportive, high fives for job well done or how good you look, and I hear these from many of the members, new or old. I can’t say enough to Shannon, Albert, and Bill for providing such a great gym.
